Questions grown-ups ask

How long does it take?

Usually under two minutes. Keep the page open and your film appears right there. You can also bookmark the page and come back.

Does Santa read my letter word for word?

He opens with exactly who it's from and who it's about, then tells them what you wrote in his own warm words, the way Santa would. Your letter appears handwritten on his workbench in the film.

Can one letter be about brothers and sisters?

Yes. Up to four children in one film, for the same price. Santa names every one of them and gives each child their own moment from your letter, and he never compares them.

What should I write?

A few true things: something they did that made you proud, something you love doing together, something they're looking forward to. Santa never promises presents and never mentions anything sad.

Who can watch the film?

Only people with the private link. Download it to keep it forever, and only share the link with people you trust.
