If a name sounds wrong, a line isn't right, or the film just isn't what you hoped, tell us and we'll fix it or give your money back.

How to ask

Email orders@letterssentnorth.com with your letter number (it starts LSN-) and what you'd like changed. Please ask within 30 days, and before 31 January when films are deleted.

What happens next

• A remake is usually ready the same day, and we email you the new link.
• A refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 days.
• If we couldn't make your film at all, we refund you automatically.
