Love, passed on by Santa.

Most Santa letters are wish lists. Ours go the other way: a grown-up who loves a child writes to Santa about them, and Santa makes sure the child hears it.

It might be a Nana who lives on the other side of the world, a parent working over Christmas, or an aunty who wants a little one to know how proud she is. Santa opens every film by saying exactly who the letter is from, so the magic belongs to the person who wrote it.

Our promises

• First names only. We never ask for a photo, surname, school, birthday or address.
• Deleted by 31 January. Letters and films are removed after Christmas.
• Private links. Only people you share the link with can watch.
• Remake or refund. If anything isn't right, we fix it or refund you.
