The short version: you write a kind letter about a child you love, we make Santa's film of it, and if anything isn't right we remake it or refund you.

1. Who we are

Letters Sent North is a trading name of Zymatic Products Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 429 239). Contact: hello@letterssentnorth.com.

2. Ordering

You must be 18 or over and the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission. You confirm the letter is yours to send and contains nothing hurtful, private or unlawful. One order makes one film about up to four children.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay, including any tax, in your local currency where available. Payment is taken by Stripe when you post your letter. Your purchase may be sold through Link, Stripe's checkout and reseller service, which then issues your receipt and appears on your card statement as LINK.COM*.

4. Your film

We start making your film as soon as you pay, usually ready within minutes, and email you a private link. Because it is personalised digital content supplied immediately at your request, you agree that statutory cancellation periods end once making starts. This does not affect our remake-or-refund promise or your consumer rights.

5. Letters we can't read aloud

Santa never promises presents and never mentions anything sad. Some letters are read by a person first. If we can't make a film from a letter, we'll suggest changes or refund you in full.

6. Using the film

The film is for your family's personal use: keep it, share it with family and friends. Please don't sell it or use it in advertising. The Letters Sent North name, Santa's workshop and the film's design remain ours.

7. Deletion

We delete letters and films by 31 January after each Christmas, so download your film to keep it.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law in your country (including the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act). These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia.
